WIDE AISLE

[vc_column_text]

Wide aisle pallet racking allows direct access to every pallet and is easily adjustable to cater for changes in the size and shape of goods stored. The working aisle measurement between each rack and the rack height depends upon the characteristics of the forklift trucks or lifting devices, pallet size and the height of the warehouse itself.

NARROW AISLE

[vc_column_text]

When it comes to maximizing the capacity of your warehouse or storage area, narrow aisle pallet racking systems, also known as very narrow aisle racking (VNA), are an extremely practical and popular option. By reducing the width of aisles between lanes by up to half compared to standard pallet storage solutions, narrow aisle racking systems represent a high-density option and can improve your overall capacity. Specially designed Narrow Aisle trucks or cranes are required, to allow maneuvering in the narrow aisles between racks guided by wire or rail.

DRIVE IN

[vc_column_text]

Drive-in Pallet Racking creates efficiencies by reducing aisle loading and unloading times, yet allowing greater access compared to block-stacking. Positioning pallets on front-to-back rails allows rows to be stacked next to each other safely and efficiently; crucial for items regarded as fragile or unstable. The First-in, Last-out (FILO) principle means individual pallets can be accessed one-by-one from the front of the rack.

DOUBLE DEEP

[vc_column_text]

Similar to standard or wide aisle pallet racking, double deep racking uses the same principle of adjustable steel frames and beams to store pallets two deep at each pick face. Double deep pallet racking doubles the capacity at each location allowing higher density of storage and better use of the available space. Reducing the number of aisles by storing pallets two deep allows more racking to occupy the available footprint and increases the efficiency of the storage facility.

MOBILE PALLET RACKING

[vc_column_text]

Mobile Racking is a dynamic solution providing up to double the storage capacity in the same area, of conventional pallet racking. Mobile racking system is suitable for every kind of stored goods, and with a guaranteed operational safety at temperatures as low as -30° C it makes it ideal for use in cold storage rooms.

PUSH BACK RACKING

[vc_column_text]

An accumulative storage system that allows up to four pallets deep to be stored per level. All of the pallets of each level, except the top one, are placed on a set of trolleys that are pushed along rolling rails. Push-back is ideal for storing medium-turnover products, with two or more pallets per SKU (using the Last In First Out (or LIFO) system).

SHUTTLE PALLET RACKING

[vc_column_text]

The Pallet Shuttle system is a semi-automated, high-density storage solution for the handling of goods inside channels similar to a drive-in or pallet-flow setup. Cost-effective and time-saving, it removes the need for forklift trucks to enter the aisles. The remotely controlled Pallet Shuttle is a highly efficient alternative to live storage and drive-in racking. The Pallet Shuttle system works either as First in, First out (FIFO) or as Last in, First out (LIFO) for situations such as cold storage, food and beverage production.

LIVE PALLET STORAGE

[vc_column_text]

This is an ideal system for warehouses of perishable goods, although it can also be used in any industry or distribution business. These racks incorporate roller track sections placed on a sloped lane to allow the pallets to slide over them. The pallets are put in at the highest part of the rolling section and move by the force of gravity and at a controlled speed towards the other end.

MULTI-TIER RACKING SYSTEM

[vc_column_text]

With Multi-tier Pallet Racking, you can create manual pick-lanes for your teams at various levels, by providing walkways built into the pallet racking structure. Multi-tier Pallet Racking offers optimum use of space over that of traditional mezzanine flooring structures and layouts. This type of pallet racking structure creates a number of levels and walkways for storing and collecting goods – everything from cartons and boxes, to garment storage on hangers.

CANTILEVER RACKING

[vc_column_text]

The cantilever racking system allows you to store long items such as profiles and piping, as well as flat items such as wood and steel plates and other bulky construction components. The rack consists of columns and cantilever arms and can be configured for either single or double sided use.

STANDARD SHELVING

[vc_column_text]

Standard Shelving system’s applications are vast. You can build it as a traditional shelving system; a high-rise installation, or a multi-tier system. Whether you’re operating standalone or manually-served picking, or a large, fully-automated central store.

MULTI-TIER SHELVING

[vc_column_text]

Multi-tier shelving, with an interposed mezzanine, is a construction of shelving built into two or more levels. The bottom shelving is the support for the mezzanine floor. The uprights are heavy duty and dimensioned in order to carry the loads from the floor above. Shelving built as multi-tier installations is often used in larger warehouses for spare parts or storage of many articles. Sprinkler systems and lighting can easily be incorporated into the structure.

MOBILE SHELVING

[vc_column_text]

Mobile shelving is the perfect solution for efficient archiving and storing. Mobile Shelving can even double the amount of shelf meters in floor area available compared with fixed shelving. Mobile units move smoothly on floor rails. Working aisle can be easily opened by turning a crank. The drive system ensures effortless movement of the mobile system, regardless of the content or the number of racks. Various locking devices help protect the contents of the mobile units from unauthorized access.

STRUCTURAL MEZZANINE

[vc_column_text]

Mezzanine flooring allows for a cost efficient creation of extra floor space in existing buildings. Beautiful in simplicity the uprights and beams of the light structured system can build up to are some of the largest heavy duty floors. With a standard load up to 1000 kg/m2 and a span up to 10 meters, the ME250 is multifunctional for almost all users. Completed with a high quality stairway, strong railing and 3 different kinds of pallet gates a mezzanine floor can be an economical solution when compared to concrete construction. Mezzanine floor is also totally demountable and reusable.
