NARROW AISLE

Drive-in Pallet Racking creates efficiencies by reducing aisle loading and unloading times, yet allowing greater access compared to block-stacking. Positioning pallets on front-to-back rails allows rows to be stacked next to each other safely and efficiently; crucial for items regarded as fragile or unstable. The First-in, Last-out (FILO) principle means individual pallets can be accessed one-by-one from the front of the rack.

DOUBLE DEEP
Similar to standard or wide aisle pallet racking, double deep racking uses the same principle of adjustable steel frames and beams to store pallets two deep at each pick face. Double deep pallet racking doubles the capacity at each location allowing higher density of storage and better use of the available space. Reducing the number of aisles by storing pallets two deep allows more racking to occupy the available footprint and increases the efficiency of the storage facility.

PUSH BACK RACKING
An accumulative storage system that allows up to four pallets deep to be stored per level. All of the pallets of each level, except the top one, are placed on a set of trolleys that are pushed along rolling rails. LIVE PALLET STORAGE
This is an ideal system for warehouses of perishable goods, although it can also be used in any industry or distribution business.
