LOADING BAY EQUIPMENT

Sectional overhead doors are vertical sliding doors made from insulated panels. The panels are made of CFC free polyurethane foam stacked in between two metal skins. These type of doors can be installed with different specifications, including standard lift, vertical lift or Hi-lift. The basic design consists of insulated panels, vertical tracks, horizontal tracks and rollers. These types of doors are manually or electrically operated. High speed doors are vertical coiling or vertical folding doors. These doors are compatible with interior or exterior installations. The basic design consists of fabric curtains, side guides and shaft assembly. High speed doors are used in high traffic areas, food processing industries and various environmental conditions with temperatures below freezing point. These doors are the solution for entrance and exit into and out of areas where the temperature levels need to be maintained, such as air-conditioned protected areas and temperature variation roomsin warehouses.

DThe dock leveler is a height adjustment platform used as a bridge between the dock and the truck. This can be hydraulically or mechanically operated. Dock levelers are designed to deliver outstanding strength and durability, while providing fast, easy and safe operations. These are used in loading bays.

A dock shelter is a cover that protects the space between the door of a truck and a warehouse. The outer rigid framing is made of wood or metal. This can either be air inflated or non-inflated. The motorized operation makes them more feasible for operation. The rigid frame and improved durability can accommodate a wide variety of trailer sizes, providing full access to the back of a trailer. Dock shelters are used in loading bays.

Scissor lifts serve the same function as dock levelers but used for greater height adjustment. These lifts can be hydraulically operated. Designed for strength and safety with fail safe devices pre-installed, they provide more reliability for implementation. Scissor lifts are used in loading bays.
